Our normal opening hours are Tuesday-Saturday 10am-4pm. We will be closed from 29 March and reopen on 2 April.

You can also place orders whenever you need. We will be process orders as soon as we can and you can also place orders over the phone.

We will handle your mail or online order and any exchanges speedily. Remember our returns policy for refunds or exchanges, supported by a receipt, remains 28 days.

Surpluses from volunteer-run depots provide similar support to guiding in your local area. Guiding in Scotland gets no direct financial benefit from parents buying uniforms via local school outfitters or John Lewis – and their prices can be up to 20 per cent higher than ours. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful volunteers are on hand to help.
